Choreographed Fitness (strength and conditioning) *(non-performing)* is a program that introduces choreography strength and conditioning. Dance challenges the mind while circuit training and cardio enhances muscle, agility and tone.
The overall aim of the program is to not only improve daily living skills but to also improve you inner “self love” because, why dance if not for yourself.
- Dancers should wear leotard and tights (booty shorts optional) or form fitting workout clothes, hair pulled back and black high tops. *NO STREET SHOES ON DANCE FLOOR*
