Class Descriptions


(Ages 18 mos - 2 years old with caregiver)

 A cheerful, energetic class where children can explore a world of music, imagination, and movement. Designed to develop basic motor skills, physical awareness, stimulate creativity and imagination. 



 (Ages 2 & 3)

Designed to give young children experience in movement and dance exploration to help facilitate coordination, creativity, flexibility and strength. Improvisation and basic ballet foundation are emphasized. Learn basic floor tumbles.



 (Ages 4 - 5)

20 minutes of each style help the students to stay focused and energized during this combo class. The beginnings of Ballet discipline, tap rhythm, basic isolations and fun flexibility are taught by natural movements in this 60 minute class. Spatial relationship and musical timing are emphasized along with creative exploration. (Ballet, Tap and Bollywood)



(Ages 3 - 5 caregiver optional)

30 minute class will help facilitate coordination, balance, flexibility, strength and basic floor tumbles.



In 1 hour students will learn ballet repertoire both on the barre and at the center as well as tap rhythm & style. All learning will be focused on creativity, kindness, respect and fun.  (Ballet, Tap and Jazz.)



Classes blend the skills of alignment, balance and centering with self expression and a greater sense of how the body moves. Class structure includes floor work, beginning partnering and weight sharing.



This is a dance-form used in the Indian films. It is a mixture of numerous styles. These styles include belly-dancing, kathak, Indian folk, Hip Hop, modern, and  jazz. In this upbeat class dancers develop rhythm, coordination, and self expression while having fun with friends!


Ballet classes are a progressive series of classes in classical technique beginning with fundamental placement and terminology. Each student will work to build the discipline, strength and flexibility required for more intensive study.



Jazz class will focus on learning proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns. Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz such as Broadway, Street and Contemporary to help develop a well rounded dancer. Class curriculum is based on ballet technique layered with traditional jazz movement and includes a proper warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations. As students progress through each level curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate. 



 Contemporary dance classes blend the skills of alignment, balance and centering with self expression and a greater sense of how the body moves. Class structure includes floor work, beginning partnering & weight sharing, contemporary physicality and improvisational freedom. Contemporary dance classes fuse the classical technique of modern & jazz with a stronger emphasis on performance quality, lyrical interpretation and self-expression. This higher level class is a powerful, full-body experience including floor work, partnering, leaps & turns.


A form of dance emphasizing and requiring balance, coordination, a sense of rhythm and fine motor control of the feet. 



An urban blend of music video & funky dance styles performed to Hip-Hop & Pop music. Students will learn the fundamentals & technique of various style's including isolation, flexibility, rhythm & coordination. This class will encourage students to dance outside of the box and bring their own personality to each movement. We pride ourselves on being a family oriented dance studio and go out of our way to find age appropriate music.


 Learn the basics and work on advancing your skills in this flexible Acro class! Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. Our experienced acro instructor will guide the class towards increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique, all to each student's individual level of experience. And it's fun, too! 


An art involving the manipulation of a metal rod and the performer's body to a coordinated routine. It is similar to rhythmic gymnastics or color guard.
